GLOSSARY

We are offering in this unit a number of equipments that allow the EPS to be grinded to an specified size, the powder removal of the grinded material be recycled and added to the raw material, without problems on the EPS plants.

The installation produces a recycled material with similar properties to the raw material. The recycled material can be added up to a 10% in the molding units or even bigger in the block molding units. With the proper dosing system the pieces obtained, has not the proper dosing system the pieces obtained, has not visual differences and neither can be measured by mechanical testing.

The recycling unit is composed by:

a) Prebreaker.
b) Grinder.
c) Screener.
d) Air collection powder.
e) Cellular wheel and fans to transport all the material.

We can also offer the following systems:

a) Powder compactation units.
b) Recycled ad raw material dosifying units.
